About Pinecrest
A local dealer who picks up the phone.
Pinecrest Structures sells handcrafted sheds and tiny homes across Middle Georgia. We help you choose the right building, show you a clear price, set up rent-to-own if you want it, and deliver it level and ready to use.
Meet the owner
Hi, I'm Sterling.
I started Pinecrest Structures because buying a shed shouldn't feel like buying a used car. You should know exactly what you're getting, what it costs and who to call when you need something.
My mission
To give every customer a building that's built right, a price they understand from the first conversation, and a real person who answers the phone after the sale. No pressure, no surprise fees, no runaround.
My goal
To make Pinecrest the most trusted building dealer in Middle Georgia, the name neighbors recommend because we told the truth, showed up when we said we would and stood behind every delivery. And to make owning a quality building possible for more families, with rent-to-own that doesn't need a credit check.
