Site prep checklist
- Choose a fairly level spot, or use a concrete pad
- Have your solid cap blocks on site (how many)
- Clear a path at least 2′ wider than the building
- Check overhead clearance (12′ to 14′ is typical)
- Mark underground utilities before delivery day

What to expect
- We call ahead with an arrival window
- The trailer tilts and slides the building into place
- A mule machine positions it in tight backyards
- We set it on your blocks or pad, make sure it's level and walk it with you
- 14′ wide buildings travel with 1 pilot car and 16′ wide with 2. Each pilot car is $500 for the first 100 miles, plus $100 for every 20 miles past that (one way). It applies even inside the free 100-mile delivery area. It's added to delivery, not taxed, and shown before you pay.

You provide
Blocks for your building
Your building sits on a concrete pad or on solid concrete cap blocks that you provide. Use 4″ × 8″ × 16″ solid cap blocks, not cinder blocks with holes. They're inexpensive at Lowe's or Home Depot.

- Have the blocks on site before delivery day
- We set the building on them and make sure it's level
- Sloped yard? You'll need extra blocks on the low side, so call or text and we'll figure the count with you

How far do you deliver?
Delivery is free within 100 miles of us. We deliver up to 300 miles; past 100 miles, delivery is quoted by distance and site access.
What do I need to have ready?
Either a concrete pad or solid concrete cap blocks (4″ × 8″ × 16″) on a fairly level spot. You provide the blocks (they're inexpensive at Lowe's or Home Depot), and we level the building on them at delivery. See the block count for your size above.
Do I need a concrete pad?
No. A concrete pad works, or the building can sit on solid cap blocks. Either way, we make sure it's level.
What if my yard is tight?
Our mule machine can position buildings in most backyards and through most gates. Tell us about your site when you call.
How long until delivery?
In-stock buildings are delivered in 5 to 7 business days. New built-to-order buildings take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver.
Do you build on site?
No. Every building is built off-site and delivered fully assembled, then leveled and set.
