Initial payment
What you pay to get started
Your initial payment is a set number of your monthly payments, based on the building's price, and it counts as your first lease payments. After that, your next payment isn't due until a month after your building is delivered.
Rent-to-own covers buildings up to $25,000.

How much do I pay to start?
Your initial payment is a set number of your monthly payments, applied to your first lease payments: 1 payment for buildings up to $10,000, 2 payments up to $20,000, and 3 payments above that. Rent-to-own covers buildings up to $25,000.
When is my next payment due?
After your initial payment, your next payment isn't due until a month after your building is delivered.
Do I still owe the remaining charges if I pay off early?
No. When you pay it off early, the rent-to-own charges for the months you didn't use come off, according to your agreement. Call or text us for your payoff amount any time.
Can I put more money down?
Yes. An extra down payment is optional, and it lowers your monthly payment and your total cost. Just ask us when you order.
What will I sign?
A lease-purchase agreement with Platinum Rental, LLC. It shows your monthly payment, the tax on it, your total cost and your early purchase option. We send it after you order.
Does the payment include tax?
Yes. The monthly payments on our site include Georgia sales tax.
Is delivery included in the payment?
Delivery is free within 100 miles. Past that, delivery is $5.50 a mile (one way), and it's added to the building before your monthly payment is figured.
When do I own it?
You use it from day one, and it's yours after your last lease payment, or sooner if you pay it off early with your early purchase option.
Can I just pay cash?
Of course. Cash is always the lowest total cost.
Do you offer traditional financing?
Just ask when you call, or choose “Interested in financing” on our contact form.
