Yes. Both use the same price list, and our server checks the price again before you pay.
What do I pay today?
Paying cash: a deposit (10% of the building, at least $300; 30% on buildings over 12′ wide). Rent-to-own: your initial payment of 1 to 3 monthly payments. The rest is due on delivery or monthly.
Do I need good credit for rent-to-own?
No. There's no credit check and no loan. You need a valid ID, a job or steady income, and your first payment.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes, any time, with no penalty. Pay it off early and the remaining interest and fees come off.
When will it be delivered?
In-stock buildings deliver in 5 to 7 business days. New buildings are built to order and delivered in 3 to 4 weeks after your order is final.
What do I need to get ready for delivery?
A level spot with room for the truck to back in, and blocks or a pad if you're providing them. We set the building on them and level it. Our delivery page has the details.
Can I change my mind on options?
Yes. We confirm every order with you before it's built. Call or text us with any change.
